Now they have taken almost a month just to receive my complaint and still haven't addressed to it. The process is too cumbersome. They will ask you to register a complaint via their help email and then it'll be a game of mail after a mail just like that. No solution.

Later I booked through app and got the good satisfactory price for the same.
