Terible place, very underqualified staff. I bought a refurbished phone the mic was not working and then replaced one had screen issues. I won't recommend this cashify to any one, they won't refund your money if the device is faulty. Please don't go there and any of the cashify store. I returned them the phone as it was faulty and till now no.response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called Sandeep Thapliyal, Gurgaon store for my Xiaomi Poco F1 phone repair. He is so polite and helpful, that he send Mr. Imran to my place in one hour for door step service. I am so happy with the quick and fast service. My phone get repaired in front of my eyes without any hassle of going out during this Covid time.
I personally highly recommend Cashify and Technician Imran.

Initially I said : Not very happy with the place. They recently changed my screen and it's performing worse than the broken screen. Considering its in warranty I visited them. They fail to understand its not working instead they want me to understand that these screens won't behave properly like original screen and they may not work with tempered glass. Feeling really very bad going there.
After a month of using the phone with the screen :
I ended up buying a new phone because the screen wont work properly. I can not use the phone as the screen goes dead 5-7 times a day which can only be revived after restarting the phone and funny thing is you can not restart the phone without touching the screen. However, as there is an alternate option of using power button and volume up button for restart I had to do it several times.
I really wish I had not spend approx Rs.5000 on screen repair at Cashify. Instead, could have got it locally repaired at rs 800 and used rest of the 4200 against a new phone.
I highly recommend: Do not go to cashify store. They seem to not believe in helping their customers instead just rob them in broad daylight.
This is in strict sense of phone repair. No other services were used.

They misrepresent the condition of your phone. Simple dust marks are considered as scratches.
While sellingbon app theybsaybit will only take 5 mins to drop the phone at their nearest store. But actually it takes nothing less than 45 mins. Moreover they literally hijack my sim for 30 mins. As they needed my sim to do some testing of the phone. So in case you are expecting some important calls then don't expect them to co-operate.
Plus their customer service is pathetic. When I asked the technician for the reason for delay he said it takes time and I can leave if I don't like it. This is after I have wasted 30 mins there.

Their repair persons are beyond comparison. Repair manager Imran Shabbak particularly is a rare species - of excellence in his job.
The staff is pleasant and really nice.
Totally recommended!
