1.The collection is outdated
2. The staff is incompetent. They lack knowledge about company policies which makes dealing with issues related to customer support a tedious and lengthy process as you need to directly reach out to the company with your problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i got my watch movement changed & paid inr 3000/-, i have no complaint about their service as they took around 15 days and returned my watch with replaced movement but the person who fixed my watch was not professional because there is evident damage on the dial of my watch. i have attached the pic for reference as the silver quoting of the top circle of minutes section is damaged. apart from this there are other small scratches also but i am not focusing on them as those are ignorable.
