β β β β β Please don't go here. Bad management. They don't have warm water in winters. Whenever you order a thing they bring it after 2-3 hours. If you complain they don't listen and improve themselves.

Visited the property in dec 2021.As per photos on online booking sites and the promises made by mr shailender, the manager of the property, even on telephone the rooms were supposed to be clean and sanitized and that we were going to get a garden room which opens in the garden. We were again sent photos on watsapp to confirm the ground floor garden room however on reaching the property late at night we were sadly disappointed to see the sub standard quality of rooms.The rooms were very dirty, with old and sub standard furniture, had paan stains on floor and walls of the room, the bedcover and linen was torn and dirty and stained. The rooms were full of smoke and were damp and dingy. The electric wires for tv and light shades were dangling out and the tv and lamp shades were not working. The hotel is secluded and far from the main road and we had to look for another property late at night because the rooms were not even clean enough to stay for a night. The rooms are highly over priced (4000). They do not even have an elevator/lift. Despite sharing our concerns with mr Shailendra and staff present, still no resolution was provided by them. And at 8.30 at night we were asked by the hotel manager to look for some other hotel. In the name of heritage property they are just selling "kachra" under the garb that they have just acquired the property 3 months back. Overall rating should not even be 1. An oyo property would be better than this.

β β β β β The service was very bad and the hospitality was zero. The property owner was very arogant and don't know how to talk with the guest. We reached at 2:00 PM and the room were not cleaned also and room was allocated to us at 4:30 PM instead of 2:00 PM. Next day at the checkout time the owner was reminding us about the time it seems that he will throw our luggage out if not checked out exact time 12:00 PM and not ready to accept his staff mistake about the room delay. Even the food quality was very poor we order Hakkah noodles and it was smelling badly also the price of the food is not upto the mark. Not recommend anybody to go to this place.

β β β β β Pls do not trust this hotel... Even after booking much in advance this hotel staff didn't allot us the rooms...staff is rude.... They offered us the room where the glass of the windows were broken.... No lifts and they asked elder people to climb up 3 floors just for this pathetic room..... Pls don't waste your money on this non sense

β β β β β It is a beautiful property, set by a picturesque lake. The whole property is tastefully designed in Rajasthani royal style and well landscaped. There is a swimming pool, swing, two big lawns many gazebos with sitting area. The food was good and the hosts were nice.
