★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One months back, Unfortunately, I got an internal injury on my shoulder while I was doing exercise. Then after, I couldn't make my sleep comfortable in any pose of my sleeping. Whole night, I tried to change sleeping posture but my all efforts went in vain. Then, I met Dr. Achal for consultation. He examined my shoulder properly & comfortably and advised me to do few exercise. I stringently followed his advise. Now I'm absolutely okey. My pain vanished. Very soon, I'll be able to restart my routine exercises. Thanks dr. Achal.
