Anas is one of the most perceptive physios I’ve ever met. He identified my ailment quickly and helped ease my pain whilst carefully balancing the combination of re-building my strength and mitigating potential further damage - namely due to my blind determination to get better - but which could have injured me further if he hadn’t noticed it. He’s there best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Anas Khan was able to quickly identify a hamstring strain that had been bothering me for a couple of months. He proposed a series of exercises which I did for a couple of weeks and within that time noticed a huge improvement in my ability to run again.
