★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't don't don't visit this place!!! I totally confirm the comments of the other 1 star ratings! Had the same experience with a guy at connaught place. In case you recognize it too late take the nearby metro ashram marg and go to another place. Also the children tried to make some money as I just asked for the way to the entrance of the metro station. Strange area...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM - TOURIST TRAP - after I realized it was a scam and left the shop, their taxi driver followed me for over a kilometer on foot and in his autorickshaw trying to get me back into his auto and shouting into his phone in hindi. Other random goons also started popping out of the woodwork while he was chasing me pretending to help me deal with him. I started filming them and they immediately hurried off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A random guy told us this place from connaught place when we told him we looking for a mall there. So we went over and to our surprise this place is not a mall and we felt like a place they scam tourists. The things inside aren't cheap. There's a tourist information nearby which give maps. They didn't ask us to buy anything. But wasn't really comfortable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !TRUE SCAM! Good looking guy in the front of metro station tells me a story about "public protests" till 3pm and "catch" me a riksha for only 20 rupies to "best mall in this area, my friend...!"
When I saw a shop I turn back and go and the riksha driver going with me for 10 minutes trying to take me back. He seems really in panic ;)
At last I touch his arms, look in his eyes and say "stop my friend" and he left.
!!!BEWARE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same here when I was in Connaught Place. A guy dressed decent came to us and said Connaught Place is not safe for tourists. He introduced us to this place as it is under Govt management. It's cheap and many locals shop here. After lunch at Connaught Place, I bumped into this guy again and he was driving an Auto! Thanks for reviews by others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we walked around the circle area ( Connaught square/ place) which has a lot of shops and asked for direction, one random guy came to talk to us. He gave us wrong information and wanted us to go to this mall and said the price is low in this mall. We felt weird. So we didn't follow him. Later, another guy also tried to get us to this mall. Really be careful! This is a scam. And some other guys also said there is a government office which gives u free maps. It is just a travel agency. This is another scam.
