★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a guard sitting at reception who behaves as if he is the head of the centre and assumes having the license of misbehaving with customers.
Centre head is never available at the centre or perhaps is a shy guy who avoids meeting customers or even talking to them over the phone.
Nowhere complaint escalation matrix is available. A perfect place for corrupt practices.
