Awesome backend and technical support. Faster on site assistance from CCTV SHOPPEE which will help us overcome any issues.
Service charges were very nominal and reasonable.

Service levels are deteriorated very drastically and have to chase vendor for for weeks for getting the fault checked and hence reviews need to recheck

We have secured our floor lobby through CCTV coverage, 4 families together and we all have access to the feeds which ensures better coverage and security. Besides everytime the cameras needed maintenance for reset or even for a bricked memory card they covered that under warranty without a word. I trust CCTV Shoppe for their products and services.
