★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purely un-professional. Looting customers pocket in a smart & fooling way. I was there for the wheel balancing & alignment (Both). First they started with balancing after making me wait almost 20 minutes. Now pay attention how do they loot & make money...The labor started removing the old weight from the wheel without checking & rolling the wheel on the computer. He then added his own new weight of same gram-mage at some other place on the same wheel. Once done adding the weight, then he placed the wheel on the computer to check the balance. After he finished with the first wheel, he picked the second wheel. There I insisted him to first run the balance test on the computer before removing the old weight (which was already on my wheel). There he got caught & slipped his tongue. And argued that it is done like this only. I simply asked him to make me explain....but he himself didn't had the knowledge and diverted me to talk to the owner who was so full of a hell lot of attitude that he don't even node his head to his customers.On asking the explanation for the thuging phenomenon, the owner himself didn't bear the product knowledge & rigidly told his labor to re-fix the wheels back to my car. I was a Rs. 1500/- customer to him as a part of wheel balancing & alignment service. But due to his arrogant nature, he was least interested to do business. Well I have my principals too. Yet I still asked him how much to pay, & I was keen to pay atleast for the labor part. But the owner didn't took any money which proves that he was doing a fooling business.

Not Reasonable, much optional and short of service. The hub of looting.
Beware of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service. Owner is very polite and supportive. I visited this dealer for one damage tyre replacement under warranty. Defect was checked and was replaced with new tyre. It took only 15 minutes for all process. Highly recommend this dealer for the tyre related service.

The dealer explains the warranty and other details about tyres.
The tyre installation is carried out properly by the shop personnel.
Overall, liked the shop and its services!
