★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Better get your services done from local. A service person with name RISHABH is the biggest contributor in ruining the name of of HONDA SERVICE CENTRE PADPADGANJ. BETTER TO GET THE WHOLE SERVICE DONE FROM LOCAL WORKSHOP.

Service advisors are make fool to customers, and add unnecessary work in job card without taking permission from us, and mechanics are also doing fraud from customers...They do not change...engine oil, but service center charged full money of engine oil, ...They do not wash Vehicle with Water, They apply only air pressure for few seconds on Vehicle...which is called Dry Wash from Them. Totally make fool to Customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning ! These are Fraudsters. They don't service your vehicle they just wash your vehicle and give it back to you. My vehicle is BS6 variant and after the service the vehicle is failing the pollution test. They don't even open the engine oil compartment to change the engine oil. This is how they make money.

About service Quality...
Whenever i go so many customers came as they are disappointed with the service they got.
May be the Technical staaf is not well trained.
Newly purchased Honda SP 125 bike have Engine issue but not resolved after number of visits.
Introducing no of things in Billing is the Common practice.
Unusual behaviour, Careless workers.
They take action when there is complaint on site.
Just one good this is that in front of this building there is Amritsar Naan food stall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate since the service centre is just adjacent to the main road. There was no longer a waiting queue but you are not allowed to see what is being done by the technician. As a customer I would like to see what parts are broken or fixed rather than just paying the servicing fee.
