1st of all they don't have so unique gifts, most gifts for ladies are street stuff sold at a high prices.
2nd the owner isn't friendly or helping at all.
3rd I have been buying gifts from the shop since 3yrs for office celebrations as it's very close to office and it's the only option I have.
I wouldn't have even given a star if it wasn't an option, the incident took place today, 23rd Oct. In August I bought 3 gifts of similar kind but kept one non-gift wrapped and receipt too, I asked if I come later for gift wrapping, they said okay, so I went after 2months to wrap it, the owner lady asked for the date of purchase so I showed the receipt of purchase and said nothing but after packing the gift, she asked for ₹5 as packing charges. Well I understand her concern but she didn't say anything about this charges before packing and said 3-4months after coming here for packing, how should we believe and why would I even go there for repacking for a already packed gift, the owner lady doesn't even talk sensibly. The mean lady couldn't even believe their own shop's receipt(I showed attached with the review.) It's not about the charges, we Indians do have concerns of saving but if she had said about it earlier I wouldn't have gift wrapped it either. But they don't trust regular customers's word(3yrs and before me, my teammates were purchasing from here since 5-7yrs) despite showing the receipt, it clearly means they don't value their customers at all. And I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone, especially the people who are regular here, because the shop owner doesn't value it.

Good place to get a quick choice on gifting... & of course, the owners are there, if you need something really special...
