What's the point of having national brand presence if exchanging with bill is not possible cz the purchase was made at another store. And if you can't exchange be upfront and say you won't exchange. Why go through the facade of having us try more clothes and then say at counter that you won't exchange. We had made it clear that we are here to exchange from the moment we entered the store. Treating people like they are asking for free products.
