★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my premium segment cellphone for repair (screen change) for which I was charged Rs 4500 which I paid by credit card and with bill and 6 months replacement warranty in case of any issues. The screen worked for 2 weeks with heating up problem, and then it started to flicker, whiteout, touch not responding kind of issues... After running around this shop for like 200 times the phone was never repaired to my satisfaction level even after warranty. I then had to buy another phone since the shopkeeper all he used to do is keep my phone for days and weeks as it is and return it to me in same condition. after 3 months down the line when I still had half the warranty period left he finally told me it cannot be repaired and also REFUSED to refund me the money. The same phone I got repaired from Nehru Place for 3000 rupees and after 2 months it still works flawless.
IN SHORT - Lost 4500 rupees and learnt a good lesson to not trust fake products, warranties & shopkeepers.
