★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The collection is good but staff isn't helpful. They were busy talking to each other. We had to keep asking for help.
Only 1 or 2 sales person was good.
Additionally, I had poor experience when I bought a lower/trouser which needed alterations. Sales person and billing counter both said it'll get altered but when went to customer service desk they said that the tailor leaves by 9 so now I have to pick up other day.
Upon telling them that I come from Wakad, which is far they simply said that they can do anything.
One person even asked other salesman that you sit and resize it! I mean really?
Infact the salesman said that when he handed over me article, as per him it was 6 pm and it was my fault that I got it billed by 9.30 pm. While I reached store only around 7.30 pm or late.
They kept lying just to prove their point.
Spoiled my entire shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection at the ground floor is always good. They really keep latest watches, bags and women's apperal. Men's section is a bit deprived of light. Good collection of brands though.

Some times here varieties of range and option but some may be there is nothing great find here it's depends on time . For all family members can shop at same time it's for time saving option .

Yeah this time I visited for my Diwali Shopping but the stock present was same as it was last year and that's why I didn't shopped anything more rather than daily wear that's it..... I wanted something special but there was nothing much I understand due to pandemic this is the situation but hope they will take up new stock...So buyers would be more happy to buy something new that's all thank you :D
Edit :- I've visited this year too (2021) I liked the stock it was all trendy stuff I actually visited after Diwali during the time of Bhai dooj...so it was fun it took 2-3hrs for me to Rome around and see everything so I've clicked some photos too will share that with you ??? Here are some pics of me and my brother & he is trying out the outfits...?In Some photos I've added some emojis to keep on the privacy...?
