★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are rude. Took almost a month to resolve my father's death claim. They are unsure of Bank's working methodology. Made me get an affidavit twice, because they gave me wrong form in the first go. They have no forms in the bank for death claims, will ask you to getvit xeroxed and return their copy back. Was asked not to visit in the morning hours as death claim was a hassle. Was asked to visit in afternoon multiple times. Was treated rudely. Wouldn't advice people to keep their hard earned money here. Lot of other options in the vicinity with better service and empathy.
ATM here is hardly functional also.
