★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have any bad experience here. The manager (previous one. at the beginning of 2017) and the assistant manager (2017) are very helpful. They have only 4-5 employees. As expected, they lack some knowledge like "any bank should exchange torn/mutilated notes. not only treasury bank (ask RBI)", "you can open Fixed Deposit without any Savings Account (I verified this from their Kolkata head office)" etc. But their behaviour is good. I use their credit card because it has low maintenance/annual fee. You can get it against FD (Min Rs 20,000)
