★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lazy Branch ennumber of times one has to request for Bank Statement, they are just profit centric Branch am getting the feeling of being CHEATED.
I took an education loan for 3 lakhs for MBA and they told me to pay 5.4 lakhs whereas my friends have taken loan from BANK OF BARODA, who took loan of 4 lakhs ended up paying just 4.5 lakhs, as he got subsidy.
But this branch has never gave me subsidy.
I do not know, whom to contact for this as this branch is pathetic.
There is no clarity.
RBI guidelines are same for every public sector bank, but this branch seems to make their own profit centric laws to harasses students as customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever ! There is only one counter for all the works. Employees are so slow in work and do not co-operate with account holders. Employee behaviour is so rude, they dont even help account holders about their query.useless bank. Very disappointed. I regret that i open my account there.
