★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer support. Most of time they close the bank shutters for lunch and 3pm sharp they close the bank. The manager and the staff all are rude. Worst bank to have an account.

It has one of the laziest employees who seem to work there only to mark their working hours and get their salaries with no intention of actually working or helping others. The staff always has an unwanted attitude and believes to do us a favour whenever any question is asked to them.
Also, their ATM and Passbook printing machines are ALWAYS out of order, and they don't even care to have them repaired/serviced to restore service.
AVOID CBI at all costs.

.....and near to high way so its easily accessible to the persona who is on travel and there is ATM service is also provided beside the bank so very convenient for money transaction also.

Worst bank ever...sply this Ghatkopar branch..It has one of the laziest employees who seem to work there only to mark their working hours and get their salaries with no intention of actually working or helping others. The staff always has an unwanted attitude and believes to do us a favour whenever any question is asked to them.they take 3-4 days for bank statements..their printing machine are always out of service.
