โ โ โ โ โ Very worst experience, very bad service from this branch, never help you. I would recommend to go any other branch but not CBI gokhale road branch. Never ever open your account here, you will face only problem no benefit.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff is kind and helpful. The major issue is its location. It is almost on the 2nd floor and there is no lift/elevator. Would be very difficult for an elderly person to climb those many stairs.
