β β β β β Extremely horrible service. The individual at the deposit station is lazy and asks unnecessary questions . The other workers too aren't prompt with the service.
At one point I've also been told to try another branch because they've completed their quota for today. I don't know if it's an issue with the bank itself or this particular branch.
State Bank of India provides much better service.
