★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't worse today, I myself found this situation every time. Employees don't have manners how to talk with people, even they use abusing language with customers. A person came to open an account and he was literate. The Gatekeeper asked ₹50 for filling the form. My currency was a bit oily and cahsier asked me to go any office to get exchange, wich is situated at Kadkadduma( I don't remember the correct place name.) But believe me I hate to visit this branch. If I were not suffer from this problem, I wouldn't have typed this much.
I know nobody takes action. Because I haven't seen but I typed just because of IF someone take action. Let me put some details:-
About branch 01414 Nairon iron market.
I didn't fine as Manager was saying anything to employees after the complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very old dormant account with the bank. We visited the bank and the Chief Manager himself help us, re-activate the account, help us with KYC and updating it to our current addresses.
After very long have I seen such a helpful branch and a very courteous staff.
Absolutely wonderful experience.
