★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only bank in Mallikpur. Beside this bank there is also an ATM of same bank. But the bank service is horrible. Every time in the bank every one shouting. The service is very bad and the employees of the bank is above all. The line for passbook update is goes outside of bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst ever. will be lodging a complain. my aunt's pension is on hold due to lack of helping from the bank employees. the letter has come from cpao we have the pdf. i have called everywhere regarding this. we submitted the death certificate a year back . the manager then even told us it was submitted properly. we kept on communicating with the bank for this but of no help. now there is no other way than lodging a formal complain since the pension is traceless due to lack of help from central bank since the final start of the pesnion after authorizaton from CPAO is in their hand they are literally punishing us . the letter was sent by CPAO on 3rd nov still no work has been done or there has been information from bank ! disgusted by central bank service. every single central bank branch is like this. NEVER HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK. if the bank goes bankrupt due to customers withdrawing their money from these banks it is solely because of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
