★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am a account holder of this bank before a month all staffs were very nice .but today i visit the branch because my amunt was diducted from my account i informed to the second counter from the stairs case that leady was very rude she shouted and used unwanted words ..still i was very calm and request her the solution ....but a very bad experince better open in privite bank account... ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Four trips for encashing FD/closing account after demise of holder. Dealing official has dementia. Keeps forgetting what was to be done. Today blame was passed to colleague who apparently did not know what to do so kept process pending. Still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This CBI branch is in greater kailash part 1. This is very nice branch and very peaceful. There is no big crowd. You can finish your work like deposits and withdrawal and work in few minutes of time. But there is parking problem you have to pay for it 10/hour for bike and 20/hour for car. You can not park your vehicle any where other wise police men cap pick up your vehicle to nearest police station. So be careful, and follow the traffic rules. Thank you..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bank & branch I have ever seen, we have requested to update the passbook, but from last 2 month their system are not working properly, some of the staff are very gentle and good but some of the staff are worst and does not deserve to working in bank, these guys should be kicked out from the company. Some time their printer doesn’t work, some time their server are down, some time staff become rude and misbehaving with customer than why this worst and pathetic bank is running??
I can only write worst, worst, pathetic… zero out of 100

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ female staff are very humble ,polite and hard working but male assistant is very cruel ,manner-less. old peon and guard are very good by hospitality.bank laws are very old and primitive type ,so they must should be change .so many hurdles in customer side ,it should be eliminated quickly . when employees are using highly secure finger punching machine than why it is not available for customers. they behaved like a criminal always. bank need to remove all the hurdles and keep banking smoothly. use digital verification instead of arranging two fake witness for verification.
