★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to make a DD and it was the worst experience ever. The same job was done in 5 min at Indiranagar branch here it took 1 hour. Ask us to do unnecessary things to reduce their work, not willing to serve the customers. This review might not have any effect on thier employees but it's a shame how these govt officials are working. The branch manager must take serious action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly bad people. Unbelievably bad system. Total torchure to get anything done here. They will harass you to an extent that you want to close your account asap. Infact that is also not possible. They say you have to visit your home branch only. This bank should be privatized and all existing bad employees should be sacked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with all other low star reviews. I wish I would give -5stars. I don’t have an account but I had gone with my friend to this bank for some work long time back. Lady Staffs are very rude & arrogant. They tell customer to do it online. If customers do everything online , no need of bank there ,only ATM is enough. They just want to work without customers. When banks were there without any computers/digital services ,officers were calm & helpful even after writing everything in ledger & was much better than now, where officers can’t even work from 10-5 always makes faces as if they doing some BIG favor on customers. I was very shocked when the lady staff talked very rude and makes customer feel guilty who doesn’t even want to go there anymore, I think that’s their intention ,so no customers less work. Hope staffs change their attitudes & show some respect to customers. Or it’s not too late what goes around & comes around to them.
