Look for the facilities of people, need to improve for the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. Seriously I'm saying. Today i went for adhar updation as i had appointment scheduled for this. Somehow i reached there after crossing 2 feet water logging all over there. When i asked one of the staff where i will get my work done by showing appointment, she replied we don't do this here since 3 years and she went away. I thought to give another try and asked other staff same, he said this service is closed since 1 month. I asked then why are you fooling people to book appointment and come there. He said i don't know about this. Then i am asking now who is going to take responsibility for this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pitiable service of this bank at Hajipur 844101.Recently I submitted my KYC in forms provided by the bank with biometric identification but it is not validated. In this regard I have received an SMS from Bank stating your CIF will be deactivated from 01-04-2022.What is being done in the Bank. Myself being a senior citizen unable to climb stair at the 3rd storey building of the Branch.
