★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I have withdrawn some amount from the Central Bank of India same branch, ATM (WIDIA INDIA LTD Branch), I got Rs 200 (1 no.) FAKE NOTE. When I deposit the same note in their branch, came to know one of the Rs 200 note was FAKE.
When I spoke with cashier, he told them only depositing the amount in ATM .They told DON'T know about this FAKE NOTE. After I informed Manager too. They are very casual. Even police complaint given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating is for the enthusiastic Branch Manager, another star could be added if the management gives well trained, enthusiastic, friendly, good minded, passion towards service, proper supporting staff to such manager.
She alone cannot develop branch she can only sustain the customer she has, she has to run for inspection, she has to fill form, she has to visit head office then what's the use of other supporting staff just to pass daily transactions . Recently she proceeded an housing loan as fast as possible from her end but where an saving account was opened by supporting staff after 15-20 days after submission of cash and filled application .
She need good staff to develop branch and she has the capabilities to do.
