Here product is not tested so don't take untill you see product in working condition. Very rude behaviour by shop owner. Price charged here is higher than other shops nearby.

Recently bought new Inverted and battery from this shop. Asked for testing of product. Gaurav(Shop Owner) said all products are duly tested but product was faulty and now he is not replacing the product. Running from pillars to pillars after investing 23k to replace product. Luminous service is worst. It takes atleast week to assign technician. Central electric shop owner Gaurav's behaviour with customer is rude. He doesn't not have manner how to talk with customer. Please note there are many different shops in tilak maidan who tests the product then after satisfaction you can buy the product. We were new to the place and didn't know this.I would recommend customers not to take any product from this shop if he doesn't test and show you the product. Also he charges product at high cost. The same product when we investigated at other place it was costing us atleast 500 less overall. Luminous inverlast 220AC he charges at 17800 but you can get this in another shop at 17500.inverter luminous ecowatt 1250 charged at this shop is 4800 in another shop you can get in 4500.luminous trolley charged at this place 1000 which you can get in 800inr in another place. Please check at other place before buying here. Update-14/Aug/2020-> The issue is not yet resolved. Bought inverter and battery on 4th Aug and my battery is still in service centre and will only get update on it on 19th Aug. Once battery is repaired I have to run for inverter to be repaired. The owner(Gaurav) yesterday called us and gave threatening calls to us for writing google review. Have no option but to record his calls for our future safety. The owner is villain in disguise beware. Update - 21/08/2020—> called service center for getting info on my battery. Service center said they tested and found battery is faulty and can't be repaired so they are going to replace it and it will take another 7-10 days. Once we receive battery have to raise complaint for inverter so that they can repair or replace it. I will keep updating this review for customer to know how much it is important to get good product from shop so that they don't have to run and waste their time on repairing or replacing the product. Update—Service was delaying for battery and inverter, so raised consumer complain through Consumer app and also escalated to luminous higher level got replacement and inverter in working condition within 7 days.Received on 2nd Sept. So its almost 1 month after shop provided us faulty inverter and battery. So beware buying faulty products. Please note we dint take receiving of new battery in service center without testing it.
