What I like the most:
1.Doctors are good.Even CMO helps you in genuine cases.
Especially Hats off to Doctor Sanjeev.The best Senior doctor so humble always ask for patients well-being.Incredible Behaviour.
2.Online portal is very good.Easy to use.very handy
CGHS CARD HOLDERS can book appointments very easily.
3.Labs testing available for mostly common diagnosis.Eg- sugar test,Urine,CBC etc

4.Only patients with Numbers/appointments can see the doctor.No nuisance.
5.Usually gets all the medicine on time.
Things to improve-
Window appointment and online appointment create a lot of Chaos amoung olderly people who don't know how to book online appointment.
Due to which people coming early morning sometime has to wait very long and people with online appointment had an edge.
