★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the institute morons are working (each persons needs buttering back). Its a 1st ICAR institute that i have seen in my life. From contractual staff they took 1st month salary(is it a consultancy service?). when the person left the place after getting frustration they are not refunding the money(They made a memorandum for that) even for TA and salary refunding same buttering work is going on. Working as a contractual staff still i didn't get my money.
