I am one of the investors in your Flower Valley project. i want to bring to you notice highly callous attitude of your CRM staff. After two months of relentless follow ups regarding change of name in my property, there is no response till date from your CRM department.
There seems to be no system of recording customer queries, let alone answering them. Kindly look into it and revert from your end. As a customer i definitely expect a reply.
