★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensioners are getting copies of their SSA/ PPO very late i.e. after 3 or 4 months . Hence, every pensioner should be able to download copies of their SSA / PPO from CPAO website. CPAO may please consider to make such a provision in the website so that pensioners need not wait indefinitely to get their PPO copies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my office. The office is the headquarters of central civil pensioners. Central Pension Accounting Office is the one stop solution for every pensioner pertaining to central civil. Many pensioners visit the office on daily basis and get their problem solved. This office authorise PPO coming from different PAOs and send them to pensioners and concerned CPPCs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CPAO is very prompt in sending my PPO, for which a request was made. Got my copy on the same date of despatch. But PPO copy meant for me issued by my PAO has no been received. Keep it up. Very very helpful staff and officers at CPAO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff very helpful and solve very easily problem of pensioner. My sister in law family pension is started within 14 days through this office. I visited two time in this office all staff behavior is very very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to find. So keeping asking to random people and guards where is the office.
The lunch timings are 1:30 to 2:00 pm
Generally the staff avoid to consult pensioner directly.
Feudalism is at its peak. If you have connections then your problem is vanished within hours.
Parking facility is not available.
Nearest metro Bhikaji Kama palace (Magenta Line)
