Staff and owner(not sure he is the owner or not) are arguing for medicine with the customer for the exchange which was purchased a day back and the customer travelled all the way from MVP Colony which is almost 18kms approximately but they didn't exchange the medicine- CENTRAL PHARMACY STAFF & OWNER HAS NO BASIC HUMANITY IN TREATING THE CUSTOMERS other than grabbing the bucks from the customers.
Money oriented pharmacy. In vizag city most of the medical shops are proving 5% to 10% discout but Central pharmany not provide discount.If you buy medicine they not accept return or cxchange even within one hour also. waste of money.surprisingly they have given wrong medicine. We were luck to verify with our doctor. We went back to the pharmacy and asked for refund or exchange and they have denied refund or exchange saying that they cannot take medicine that’s gone out and they dint care about the mistake they have done. Shame and sick
