Of course there is rush but it's a railway hospital what else do you expect. The doctors are very good but you gotta wait.

Hospital is truly neat and clean clean​ but some Doctors are not punctual in OPD staffs are polite specially in registration counter Their is no any attachment nearby chamber of doctors like Ortho ,skin etc Parking space is good space but their is a lock in main gate for passing of four wheeler only two wheeler and special four-wheel er like ambulance etc can park

It's very shameful on the part of Ministry of Railway and EC Railway authorities to have such SO CALLED "@CENTRAL "SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL . I HAVE VISITED TODAY i,e 28th January 2022 for the first time . The experience is 2 of 5. The authorities must make sure to ensure drliver the quality services. Medical facilities and supply of medicines was inadequate. Forced me to search another better option. Although I have been an emloyee of DLW BLW, BANARAS LOCOMOTIVE WORKS ,VARANASI and I have spent a golden period of my life with my Railway Services. I have almost 35 thirty-five years of qualifying Railway services. The quality and customer satisfaction was excellent there.

You may get positive vibes from the hospital but doctors are not at all good and senior doctors don't visit they are just ornamental whereas juniors are killing patients.

Biggest Railway hospital in Bihar. It is situated in the side of Patna karbighya station and side of Chirya tand pul. All the facility special cardiologist type activity are available here. This is a government hospital so rush are there but here proper management are also there. One thing if you are an emergency then it will not take as an emergency.

Note- Dont forget to take referral letter from you near by railway hospital before treatment otherwise you have to visit again because mostly time doctor says, go and bring refer from your division railway hospital using sick memo. I am sharing breif details about hospital and dr schedule with pic. All doctors name with department wise and their working time you can check in photo uploaded by me. Hospital Pros(positivity)- 1. Neat & clean 2. All doctors are polite except some staff 3. Registration in OPD is simple. Just take the token using machine then wait for your token number then go on registration counter(1,2,3,4) as per token number. Give them UMID card for first time registration and tell them for which purposes you have visited. Now you will get registration slip and room number. 4. All medicines and test are free but it is not possible to give all sample in a single day. Sample test time is morning 8 am to 11 am. 5. Doctors are punctual to time. Let's talk about Cons(negativity) of hospital 1. Blood Sample collector can't understand your problem if their working time is over i.e. after 8am to 11am. So make sure ki you should give blood sample test as soon as before 11am if you go at 11.01 (just 1 minute) delay then they will say come tomorrow. 2. BP checkup person have no much works still behave like he have so much of work. If you say him to check again BP then he will say go to Dr and say for recheck up. 3. Some of doctors/department do not follow machine token number system due to this every elder, ladies and different person have to stand-up in the queue in front of department. As eye doctor don't on the Token Number machine, everyone stand in queue out of Room No. 12/13 4. Test timing should be as like 10am to 4pm so that if you have to give fasting sugar test and non fasting sugar test then you can give easily. But dr time is 10am to 4pm if suppose dr said to you for test at 11am then you will go to submit sample for test. Then chances are very less that after 11am they will take. You have to visit next day again for test. Dr timing and test should be same. 5. Very slow and long process of treatment. If have time then you can visit again and again.
