It is a government organisation located in sector 7, dwarka.
An educational place for teachers training for music,drama, pottery, classical dance shows and many more things.
It also organises Summer camps for children teaching them various new skills and knowledge.
There is a provision of hostels and tour for students and teachers
Clean and big campus providing all sorts of facility.
All has library and auditorium.

They do many activities to enhance cultural awareness among citizens. They have scholarships also for different art formats.
