Particularly, the third floor was very neat and clean. Must visit if u have any problem with your vision. Best care is given here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY DON'T VALUE YOUR TIME
I took an appointment, three weeks in advance for 12:00 noon yesterday, to meet Dr Mahipal Singh Sachdeva (consultation fee @1950 for a new patient). I wasn't told the amount of time I would have to spend for the same. Upon reaching, it took them 3 hours to "prep us up" to meet the Doctor. The staff is tardy and indolent. My mother's file was handed over to atleast 5 different staff members all on the same floor, with each one not telling us what happens next and in how much time. For one, you're paying an exorbitant consultation fee, and on top of that, the Hospital administration doesn't bother about your time. Oh ya, let's not forget, that they'd come with PREMIUM customers too, who will skip line ahead of you. My parent both senior citizens had just taken breakfast, only to eat their lunch at 4 pm that day because the hospital staff was incapable to work or even have bare courtesy to tell us how much Time would the process take.
The least they should tell their patients while seeking appointment is the time they will waste to get you to the doctor.
