★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Eye sight clinic in vaishali nagar The staff and doctors are very caring and helps you know the exact issue. Best in market as they don't ask you to go for a treatment unnecessarily if it is not actually required. Very polite and sensible staff. Highly recommend this eye center.

The staff is very nice facilities are great.
The checks ups are very accurate as well leading to no problem further

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hospital today for the second time in the gap of 2 years. I had a great experience with doctors & other technicians during 1st visit.
But today the technicians' behaviour was not of high standards, were bit rude, they were not patient friendly. Expected behaviour should be such that, the patient should feel half cured. However, the doctor was very good & explained in detail and answered all our queries to our satisfaction. The ambience was not maintained , there were few mosquitos also. It was like a maze to find the hospital location in the building..no direction to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not delivery spec on time.. fake delivery time given. Once I want to cancel my order they told Its not possible to return back cash.. Amount will be credited in my account. But time of given order they accept cash.
Suggest all to do not go for Spec making They are fraud specially their southindian employee who commit to deliver in Wednesday and its friday..still not received

Dr Mukesh is luke celebrity 10 days appointment
After appointment only 2 minutes time given.
For operation date , they give out of way consultation for the sake of 41,000 package income.
After operation if any emergency no urgent consultation given by dr mukesh, patient is "ram bharose" on resident doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could simply state that the service provided by Sreeraj was exemplary but that would fall short of doing him justice !
When I sought his advice about my own spectacles , between appointments for my elderly mother , he was helpful, patient, thorough and clear in his explanation of my options from a bewildering variety of lenses .
He was not shy of polite disagreement with my erroneous choices and quick to lay out the pros and cons of the relevant options to help me make a balanced judgement .
When I discovered that my return flights to the UK had changed suddenly , cutting the available time for making my spectacles ,from 7 to 2 days , he measured up to the urgency , made phone calls, persuaded the makers to send the specs on a flight to Jaipur , collected them from the airport and then, to top it all, delivered them to me about 15 km.outside of the city -and then politely but firmly set aside any notion of a token of thanks from me !
I hope you can all see that Sreeraj is an exceptional professional to the core ! And I say this as a doctor who has seen many in his position who would fall way short of his performance .
I wish him well and I know he will go far in life!
