β β β β β One of the paramount issues in today's developing nations and one of the burning issues in today's time in India is the female inequality. CSR has been a beacon holder working towards women related issues and gender sensitization. I have worked with this organisation and have seen them work very closely towards achieving their goals. I feel that they take solid steps in ending the inequality that exist in this society. They have great initiatives and are rooted to the real issues. They are action oriented and are pragmatic in their approach. CSR also has a innate quality of being at the helm of the solutions - they not only raise relevant questions but also work towards solving them. They are also futuristic in their approach which means that they think ahead of their time and can predict future issues which allows them to get a heads up on the problem. Overall they are one of the most sensitive and people oriented organization that I have had to privilege to witness in my time.
