★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why they are still operating this branch. It should be closed by now. They don't know how to deal with customers. I have ordered 5 days back. Full paid and all documents submited not even received a single call or sms for delivery schedule and delivery and when you will call there customer support once in 100 try you will be connected and they just have one thing to say we will deliver it tomorrow.
Thanks for wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and unorganised service. I used Centrum for wire transfer of $2989 to US. The following things went wrong:
1) They asked to provide the beneficiary details again and again - once in the A2 form, once through mail and again multiple times on phone
2) They provided no written communication that NEFT of equivalent INR has been received in their account
3) My point of contact - Inkita Paruthi - went off the radar after the NEFt was received. She didn't answer her phone or email. Not only her, the official and so called 'care' email id didn't respond as well
4) After calling on the helpline number listed on their website, they couldnt track my order id and connected me to wrong branch - Mumbai instead of Delhi through which I had got the transfer done
5) The Mumbai branch gave me wrong contact details of Delhi branch
6) When I finally got through Delhi branch, another person this time called Arti was made my point of contact. And when I asked her for the deposit confirmation receipt, she sent me someone else's copy sharing my surname - BREACHING his privacy and also showcasing how unorganised their work is
7) When I enquired about the same, she said "I assumed he was your father"
Overall, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT REFER TO ANYONE.
