★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rejuvenating and Fresh feel when u go through a series of ayurveda medicines combinations fusion with steam and hot oils. A lot of relief and toxins released in form of sweat ?. I took abhyangam swedanam, facial, Shirodhara and special spine massages. If time permitted will try at Vizag.

I had my first ever full body massage on 18th December 2021 which was done more than satisfaction to me. Kudos to centurion University and special thanks for Mr Venkat shivanand of Gram Tarang for motivating me to take the massage . I wish all the best in their endeavours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor provide good consultancy with Kerala ayurvedic medicine which gradually improved my Seborrheic dermatitis (hair fall, inflammation and dandruff) problem which I was facing last two years. I tried many allopathic and homeopathy medicines but the problem was constant or less affected and came back after I stopped taking medicines. But centurion Ayurveda wellness center consultancy and medications give utmost relief to my problem.
