It comprises of spacious club house, party hall, audio/video room,swimming pool,kids pool, steam room, squash court, badminton court, tennis court, TT n many indoor games, children play area, car parking, visitors vehicle parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment was good. We had booked 2bhk in RR nagar but due to other personal commitments we had to withdraw our registration. We had already paid 10% of the amount. But since we cancelled the registration they charged us 1.8lacs and till now haven't returned our base amount. It's been more than 6 months. Very unethical employees. They don't respond to our calls are emails. Our money is stuck with them they r simply giving non sense reasons and blaming each other for.the delay. So if u r purchasing century apartment make sure u will buy it. If u have second thoughts don't ever pay them. They are just like any other apartments. Quality of apartments are also just okay. Think before you give them.any money.. cos no guarantee of getting it back within 90days for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three stars for the amenities. A good builder and a decent location. As I write this, they are on the verge of completing and handing over another 2 blocks of apartments to their respective owners. The garden can be maintained in a better way considering the small space available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor design and poor execution of the project. I booked a unit here and got registered after more than 5 years. Now their GM says that because of building design issue, there is no covered parking lot for all the flats.
Not professional builders. Please do a thorough check before booking any of the century apartments.
