Second good thing is its team and team leader's approach towards customers. They are very genuine and transparent in policy and communication.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought Rs. 25,000-30,000 of material from them like tiles, CERA sanitaryware, etc. While buying, they said whatever will be unused at the end can be returned. They didn't take any material back. Moreover, some fitting accessories were missing after opening the WC and on asking they refused saying that "it is CERA's mistake and we cannot help in this". Overall, pathetic after sale service. Keyur Bhai (one of the owners') was the person from whom we bought all the material.
