★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their landline phone number 25055839 or 25035839 is wrong. This I discovered after waisting 2 hours. How deplorable!
This number used to be functional when Dr Man Singh's used to be there who has long been transferred.
A lot of public money has been wasted on creating their website which nobody cares to update. I wonder how and where we are going digital? Rather we are becoming more slack, lazy and shirkers.
God save the patients in such a situation.
Doctors are generally arrogant. They either don't answer phone calls or if they do, they speak very rudely.
I have a simple query.
My wife who is a CGHS beneficiary senior citizen undergoing dialysis for the last about 6 years at Sri Balaji Action Institute has been asked by Dr. U. Nautiyal, Nephrologist, to get 3 Immunization Vaccination Injections which the Dr. are the dispensary will give only if these are certified by a Specialist of a Govt Hospital.
It is really a pity that old senior citizens are made to run from pillar to post to get normal treatment.
When will India become patient-friendly?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Docter Vandana Gautam. Her behaviour is so rude. She is treating like human treat dogs. So pathetic experience. Please, we came to dispensary when we are sick and doctors make us worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.S. L.Nimesh is very slow at looking his patients and completing his OPD....Most of the vunerable patients( abv 60yrs of age) have to suffer waiting in his OPD.
1 patient is seen in 15-20 min.
Irresponsible during covid times also.!
Not recomended at all!
