★ ★ ★ ★ ★ सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट ने कर्मचारियों को सुविधा देने के लिए जगह जगह सीजीएचएस डिस्पेंसरी खोली है। डिस्पेंसरी को बाहर से देखकर लगता है कि यहां इलाज कराने आने वाले मरीजों को किसी प्रकार की कोई परेशानी नहीं होगी। लेकिन असलियत इससे एकदम उलट है। कई मरीजों का आरोप है कि डॉक्टर का बर्ताव ठीक नहीं रहता है। जब भी इलाज के लिए जाओ तो वह पूरी बात सुनते ही नहीं है। डॉक्टर मरीज को ढंग से देखे बिना ही व कुछ कहे बिना ही दवा लिखने लगते हैं या सीजीएचएस के पैनल के हाॅस्पिटल में रेफर कर देते हैं।
यहां इलाज से ज्यादा काटने पङते है चक्कर। पहले पर्चा बनवाओ फिर डॉक्टर को दिखाने के लिए लाइन में लगो फिर दवाईयों के लिए लाइन में लगो। डॉक्टर पांच दवाइयां लिखता है तो उनमें से एक ही दवा मिलती है या वह भी नहीं मिलती है।सारी दवाईयां इंडेन्ड की होती है जो अगले दिन या तीसरे दिन मोबाइल पर मैसेज आने पर दवाईयां लेने जाते हैं तो पता चलता है कि केवल एक या दो दवाईयां ही मिलेगी बाकी के लिए नोट सप्लाई सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त कर बाजार से खरीद कर तीन दिन में भुगतान के लिए बिल प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
एक छोटी सी भी बीमारी के लिए आपको कम से कम तीन दिन तक चक्कर लगाने होंगे। सीजीएचएस के प्रबंधन में पूरी तरह से अव्यवस्धाएं है।

If the doctor prescribes five medicines, one of them gets or does not get any. All medicines are of indent which goes to take medicines on the next day or the third day when the message is received on the mobile, then it is known that only one or two Medicines will be available only for the rest, you will have to obtain a note supply certificate and purchase from the market and submit a bill for payment in three days.
For even a minor illness, you will have to travel for at least three days. There is complete disarray in the management of CGHS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for senior citizens to get treatment and medicine. Now a days too much rush is there, takes 1-2 hours to get your number. Some Dr. Rao is closes his room door and not allowing anyone inside after 1 PM. And dispensary time is upto 2PM. Wrong attitude by doctor. ?
