★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid vaccination is going on here. No arrangements or guidance to facilitate your vaccination. No number/ tokens are being given, on top of it staff comes after 0900 h, by that time rush increases and today vaccination procedure started at 0930 h, finally!!! all started running and gathering and fighting to get vaccinated. All Covid protocol & appropriate behaviour went for a high jump. A simple token / number given to people as they come would sort out all the problem. On top of it staff facilities backdoor entry for the known and/ or VIPs. Can't blame the staff also, public dealing & accommodating VIPs, lots of pressure on them. Seems pandemic fatigue is setting in.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In emergency you will not be attended a if you have not registered in advance. One can't get their medicines indented as no appintments before three days. Very bad experience. We the senior citizens are the most sufferers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dispensary is recently built so it's infrastructure is good for now. Maintenance is being done nicely. I recommend to take prior online appointment before visiting here in order to save your time by not in queue.
There is separate parking area for staff and visitors. Wheelchair accessible entrance is available. Lifts are also available. Surveillance by CCTV. Enough benches are there in front of every OPD. Separate counters for medicine distribution for Senior Citizen, Retired and In-Service Beneficiaries. Outside locality around the dispensary is awesome, it is clean, quiet and far away from crowding because it's a residential area.
One thing which is very torturing is that the CGHS Server goes offline so often and many times you may have to wait for 1-2 extra hours for the Server to resume.

Even for 5 min work u will waste whole day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate and newly opened CGHS Dispensary, with good amenities and facilities. Staff is cooperative. Space for vehicle parking available. Can take e rickshaws from sector-10 metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor services. Long que at every counter. No work culture. Time pass attitude. I am waiting outside room number 104 since long and doctor gossiping any where else and not bothering that patient are waiting and their time is also previous.
