★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like a typical government dispensary, where the doctors are either too lazy or just plain not interested in endorsing the patient's prescriptions, which is the only thing they're qualified to do. Most of the "doctors" don't appear to be qualified for prescribing any medicine to anyone.
Advice: go in early on the mornings to get your endorsements, and go in with the complete paperwork. They love to turn you back for the most minor things just so that they don't have to lift up their precious hands to sign and stamp it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an asthmatic patient. I had an asthma attack recently. The Dr never bothered to check my chest. He gave me some antibiotics and something for gas. My situation worsened and I had to go to hospital for treatment. This is my worst experience of my life. I would HV given 0 for this
