★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor & untrustable service provider. We recently give purchase order of blowers & Sand media carbon to CH4. As per PO, decided that 50% payment after delivery of material and 50% after installation. Their Executive told us that material will be on site within 5-6 days.But material not received on time. CH4 gave us many invalid reasons for delay. After lots of followup they provided material after 20-30 days.After it CH4 executive started calling for payment & we paid it as per our terms. Our society was not in favour to give payment as per CH4 exeperience. We were facing water problem and spending money in tanker. before giving PO to CH4 some vendors were in our contact and ready to install system within 7 days. But we did a mistake and given order to CH4. After lots of followup they took more 10-15 days to installation. Now One blower is not working properly and we are taking followup from last month but still our problem is not resolved by CH4. Company is giving many reasons that we are busy in other site/work we will check and inform you. But still no one came.
