★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilarious place.. worst experience.. We selected 1 ring in 15 mins only as we were in hurry and online payment took 20 mins ?? even though amount was deducted and credited to ch Jwellers account .. it took 20 mins to verify.. lol ??

I went this store to return a diamond ring purchased from this store. For valuation of diamonds, they don't have standard rate card to display. you have to believe the buying/selling rate whatever they decide.
My estimation of value of diamonds was around 60k to 70k. The Initial valuation of diamond told to me was 40k. I request them to show some reference rate card or something as I was having doubt about actual rate; however, instead of solving my query, they reduced the rate to 35k. I was shoked to see how they deal with their customers.
At last, i swear not to buy any diamond jewellery from this shop and sold the ring to them whatever price they gave. By leaving their premises, I also heard their staff whispering how they defeted their customer.

1. Staff attitude:
When I entered the store I was asked to leave my bag at the enterance with security. I thought that might be their policy so I did leave my bag there. Then when I was done selecting the ring I needed, I went to the cashier counter for payment and then I saw two foreign nationals ( probably from Japan ) walk around the store with their bags in their hands. So I did not understand why is someone else allowed to bring their bags with them but not me? DO YOU JUDGE PEOPLE BY THEIR SKIN COLOR ? So I went to ask the person who asked me to leave my bags out side, why is someone else allowed to bring their bags? Why this discrimination? The guy did not have any answer. So I decided not to purchase my ring from there as I felt insulted. I went to the counter but by the time my brother had already made the payment. So I asked for the manager on duty as I wanted to ask him the same question. But as the payment was done, no one was bothered to answer my question anymore. No one told me where i could find the manager. So, I left the store and decided never to come back again.
This happened on Sept 26,2019 if someone from the management is interested in looking in to the matter.
2: product quality
The ring that I bought is not the same anymore. It is full of scratches and the color has started to fade. And I did not do any heavy lifting or anything that might have scratched the ring. Here are some of the pictures for the reference. This ring does not look like it was bought less than a month ago. Looks like a century old.
