★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible egoistical service. Enquired (in person) about the availability of a table. Server walked past us multiple time’s, muttering under her breath. Despite asking her again, she walked away, we assumed she went to ask about availability of a table, but that was not the case. Manager was also unbothered and blasé about the situation. Horrible, unprofessional and unacceptable service. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a table for 3 in the cafe near the Gucci store. The manager told me that the place is busy. I asked her, ok how much time I have to wait can you give me an estimate. She didn't answer me, she said you can go and sit in Cha-shi if you get table and we will serve you there. (I did not understand what she was saying, and I didn't know at that time that these two restaurants are related). Anyways I asked her again how long I have to wait. She said again this place is busy. I asked her again and she said 20 to 30 mins. And I said that was what I have been asking you. She mocked me and rudely said bye. We came after 20 mins and she said it's closed!The food here is good but how can this staff 'personally' come to behave so rudely. I don't get it. Customers 'pay' and 'eat' the food, nobody is taking the food for free. Why does the staff behave as if they are the boss of the customers or they are doing some charity. Really bad behaviour of that manager lady and some other waiters as well.. I really request the management to either change the staff or to train them strictly to behave properly. If you have a restaurant in a 5 star mall then your behaviours should also match the place. It does not mean that if you are sitting in a 5 star place, you will bring out all your gutter rat, cheap behaviour.

First of all the staff is really rude. The food looks pre cooked and is just heated here and served. They have dimsum I had ordered for a chicken dimsum and asked them not to put mushrooms but they were like the already have the chicken ready with mushrooms in it.
I won’t suggest this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered dimsums here. They tasted authentic. The taste was all right. The price for 4 dimsums was 600. The dish looked too expensive. The quantity is so less.
The taste is average. Overall the sitting area is very average. There aren't alot of eating options in Emporio. You are mostly left with cha Shi and 1-2 other places.
The place has very average ambience, average quantity, average tasting food, average service but the pricing is 5 star.
Not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was not open to feedback. We ordered the noodles in hot basil soup and when it came it was so spicy that it couldn’t have been eaten. When we pointed this out to the waitress she simply defended that it was a ‘hot’ item but the problem remains that even an inherently spicy dish should be made with finesse so that it’s at least edible. The dimsums were average but the soup was good.
