★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service, location and food. Had the poha which comes with a nice chutney. They were very helpful with my food restrictions. If you're looking for something GF you can ask for the poha without sevian.

I would love to share recent incident happened with me while I was travelling to Delhi. I was at Kashmere Gate Bus stand and decided to visit Chaayos. I enjoyed my meal, paid the amount, and left to catch my bus. After 15 minutes a person called and stated "Hello sir, My name is Aman and i am speaking from Chaayos. I want to know the update about your recent payment, can you please confirm that is the payment done twice?", with surprise I checked and found that payment of 539 INR, was done twice so I replied with yes. He asked sir please share with me the screenshot and i will refund it to you asap.
I was amazed after hearing this from him. Thanks to Chaayos for creating such culture in employees and taking customer experience to next level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too expensive for nothing... I have no issue paying 156 rs if the tea is exceptionally good . But this lemon tea costed me same price like CCD and yet I felt that it was tasteless and wasn't worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you ever heard about the tea date ?, well chaayos is exactly what it feel like. Tea was not as it should be but prices are still good (I mean high as per the price). Feel like your kitchen made food but not as tasty.

I have truly loved the meri wali chai concept wherein you get the tea as per your choice of ingredients... Must visit once and experience the taste and service!

Staff was friendly and was handling customers quite nicely even in conditions of heavy crowd. Ambience of the place and AC regulated temp. made my stay pleasent. It is good place to stop by during hot summer day ?.
